HOA Provided Internet and Cable
Some communities include Internet and or Cable TV as part of the HOA dues. Even when service is included, you may still need to contact the provider to activate service for your address, set up your account, and request any equipment or support.
What is included
The HOA typically covers a base level of service for Internet and Cable. Coverage and features vary by community. RPM Blue Sky does not control what is included. The HOA agreement controls what is provided.
How to Activate
- Contact the provider listed stated in Move-In communications from RPM Blue Sky to activate service for your address, confirm what is included, and set up access. In our area, Spectrum is the primary provider for HOA provided Cable/Internet.
-
Spectrum Community Solutions resident support at 833-697-7328.
-
What to say on the call – “I am moving into a community with HOA bulk Spectrum service. Please confirm what is included for my address and help me activate service.”
-
- If you want upgraded service or additional features, you will set those up directly with the provider and you are responsible for any upgrade costs.
FAQ
Do I automatically have service just because the HOA includes it?
Not usually. Many communities include service costs through the HOA, but residents still need to activate service for their address and set up access directly with the provider.
Who do I contact if it is not working?
For outages, troubleshooting, or account access, contact the service provider directly. RPM Blue Sky cannot troubleshoot Internet or cable service.
Will I receive a bill?
You may receive a bill if you choose upgrades beyond what the HOA covers or you may receive a bill with a $0 due. If you receive a charge you do not recognize, contact the provider first to confirm what is included in the HOA bulk package versus optional upgrades.
Can I choose a different provider?
Not likely. The HOA provided service is contracted through a specific provider. If desired, you can call other Internet providers to find out if they offer service for your address. If they do, the cost will be 100% your responsibility.
What happens at move-out?
If you added upgrades or equipment directly with the provider, you are responsible for closing out those items at move-out and returning any equipment that is assigned to you.

Internet and cable service, pricing, equipment, and support are managed by the HOA and the service provider. RPM Blue Sky does not guarantee internet or cable performance, availability, or setup timelines.
