Our mission is to collaborate with top-tier professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client service. By leveraging our powerful and proprietary Wealth Optimizer portfolio tool, we position property to become a wealth-building asset.

- $650 Per New Property Management Agreement w/ New Lease
(paid upon management agreement & lease execution) or - $450 Per New Property Management Agreement

Your Client Promise
Our Your Client Promise ensures that your client stays your client. We are exclusively a property management company and desire a great partnership. We can’t do that if we are competing for your client. If, for some reason, you cannot continue working with the client, we will refer you to another Realtor.
Terms & Conditions
- Referral fees are available exclusively to FL licensed real estate agents and brokers for properties in Hillsborough and Pasco counties.
- The property management agreement referral applies to the 1st property per new client & expected rent must be >= $2,250; otherwise, the referral is 30% of the rent. Up to 3 additional properties with the same client will earn $350 per property or 15% of rent if rent is < $2,250. ($1,700 = ($650 + (3 x $350))
- The referral Fee will be paid within 30 days of the lease or management agreement execution.
- The referral must be submitted by 12/31/2025, and the agreement must be executed within 90 days of submission.
- Real Property Management Blue Sky may choose not to pursue all properties and/or may refer to another Real Property Management office.
- We are happy to provide a written contract if desired.
