Maintenance & Repair Coordination
When your home needs attention, the last thing you want is to manage contractors from a distance. As your local representative, we handle the coordination so you don’t have to.
What this includes:
- Identifying maintenance needs during monthly inspections and flagging them immediately
- Sourcing and communicating with qualified, vetted, licensed & insured vendors on your behalf. Discounts that we receive with our preferred vendors are passed along to you.
- Scheduling repair and service appointments and follow up visits as needed
- Meeting contractors at the property so you don’t have to be present
- Confirming work is completed and reporting back with documentation
How it works:
You approve the work, we handle the logistics. You’ll receive a summary of any recommended repairs with our assessment of urgency — routine maintenance versus something that needs immediate attention. All contractor costs are billed transparently with a 18% coordination cost* — covering scheduling, vendor communication, on-site supervision, and follow-up documentation. No surprises, no hidden charges.
*Coordination cost has a minimum of $29 and maximum of $749.
