- Includes coverage for accidental water damage and other damages listed in the policy. Learn more.
- Choose up to $75k of personal property coverage (more than some other policy limits)
- Automatic documentation & notification of policy sign ups and renewals to your property manager.
How to purchase:
- Log in to your Resident Portal.
- Click on the Purchase Renters Insurance button in the upper right seciton or click on Insurance in the left-hand menu.
- Choose a policy and complete your purchase in minutes.
Option 2: Purchase Through Our Partner – E-Premium
Why choose this option:
- Choose your desired personal property coverage from $15k to 50k
- Choose up to $300k of liability coverage
- Option to add Identity Fraud Expense coverage
- Option to add Refrigerated Personal Property coverage

How to purchase and show proof of insurance:

- Choose your plan and provide your property address.
- Log in to your Resident Portal.
- Click on the Insurance tab.
- Upload your proof of insurance (declaration page or certificate).
Option 3: Upload Your Own Proof of Coverage
Already have a renters insurance policy or want to purchase on your own? No problem.

- You already have an agent or insurance company you know and trust.
- You’d like additional coverage not included in the other options (for example, pet liability, higher personal property limits, or identity theft protection).
- You want to bundle your renters policy with other coverage (auto, life, etc.) to save on premiums.

- You already carry a renters policy that meets our requirements and want to keep it for convenience.

- Minimum $100,000 in liability coverage.
