1. Loss of Rent Protection
- Up to 4 weeks
- Victims of Violence
- Up to 8 weeks
- Tenant Skip (Lease Break)
- Tenant Murder or Suicide
- Untenable (due to malicious damage by tenant to the contents only)
- Up to 10 weeks
- Tenant Delinquency (Eviction Order granted)
- Up to 12 weeks
- Tenant Delinquency (Writ of Possession obtained)
- Tenant Death (sole tenancy)
2. Eviction Expense Coverage
- Eviction filing fee & Eviction defense costs up to $5,000
- Sheriff, Marshall or Constable fee costs of to $600
3. Damage & Other Coverage
- Covers up to $35,000 for damage caused by tenants to the building or contents.
- Theft or damage due to theft to building and/or contents up to $15,000.

Other Terms
- Available only for properties managed by a professional property manager.
- The rental must be $1,000+ per month.
- Tenants must be current on rent for the property to qualify.
- All claims will be settled according to the lesser of the rent on the current lease, or up to a maximum per month rent cover of $3000
- Tenant occupied properties where the tenant is not current on rent and had not paid rent on time for the previous two months, will not be eligible for the Loss of Rent, Eviction and tenant malicious damage Guarantees until those conditions are met.
- A deductible of $1,500 per event will be applied to all Malicious Damage and Theft Claims.
